Area 30 (aaemass.org) is one of two A.A. General Service Areas in Massachusetts. It spans the eastern part of the state (Area 31 covers western MA). Area 30 itself is divided into 27 AA districts, as shown below. Each district (or combined district) has a District Committee Member (DCM) to represents the local AA groups, who are represented by a General Service Representatives (GSRs). Within AA general service, all districts and groups are represented by DCMs and GSRs.
