The AA Responsibility Statement: I AM RESPONSIBLE ... WHEN ANYONE, ANYWHERE, REACHES OUT FOR HELP, I WANT THE HAND OF AA TO ALWAYS BE THERE. AND FOR THAT: I AM RESPONSIBLE.

The Alcathon committee is a joint committee of District 25 and WAI that is responsible for planning and organizing AA alcathons typically held on major holidays (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, July 4th). The alcathons are jointly supported and funded by District 25 and WAI.
